FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - This Halloween season, the tiniest patients in the Riley Hospital for Children’s Neonatal Intensive Care Units took part in some spooky fun.
Thanks to the help of staff and volunteers, the babies were dressed in costumes to get in the Halloween spirit.
Each child was dressed to bring "Halloween magic to their families during what is already a difficult time."
“While these babies are fighting their own battles, their families found joy in this small moment of normalcy, like a Halloween costume that brought smiles, giggles and awws, no boos allowed,” the hospital shared in a news release.
