After 70 years in business, New Hope-based Minnesota Rusco closed its doors abruptly on Tuesday.

Many Minnesota Rusco customers had home renovation projects that were already underway, like one customer who told Bring Me The News that a sub-contractor working on his house halted work on Tuesday after being told around 3 p.m. of the company’s closure.

So, what should Minnesota Rusco customers do now that the company has unexpectedly shuttered?

BMTN asked The Better Business Bureau, which is directing impacted customers to the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry’s Contractor Recovery Fund.
