EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Several area businesses are doing what they can to help those who will no longer be receiving SNAP benefits .
Here is a list of places we have seen that will be offering food for those in need. Click on the links to see details.
Taco Johns on St. Joe:
Ask for the “Community Special,” - a bean or beef burrito, along with an order of Potato Olés,
Tachoholic’s in Henderson:
Kids eat free while SNAP is paused. (See terms)
El Sabor de La Abuela in Henderson:
Meals this Friday
Wonder Whip in Owensboro:
Walk up guests can get a grilled cheese meal for a child under 12, starting Saturday if SNAP is paused.
Schnucks:
Holding a food drive from now until Nov. 11 to support food banks.
