An Edinburgh woman beat a young disabled child with a football boot in a shocking park meltdown.
Leticia Beri Babasasa, 34, became involved in an alleged altercation between the youngster, aged nine at the time, and one of her children at a park in the Calders area of the capital on July 14, 2022.
Her young victim, who is autistic and has learning disabilities, was playing football with friends when a disagreement with the woman's son reportedly turned physical.
Babasasa then arrived with her other son, and began repeatedly striking the defenceless youngster with a boot and her hand, which is said to have left him with bruises across his scalp, face, legs and body.
