Megadeth have revealed the track listing for their self-titled final album, and along with the 10 new tracks, the album also includes a bonus track: a “reimagined” version of “Ride The Lightning,” the title track of Metallica ’s second album, which every fan worth their salt knows Megadeth founder and frontman Dave Mustaine co-wrote with Metallica’s James Hetfield, Cliff Burton, and Lars Ulrich when he was a member of the band.
“Megadeth” is due January 23, 2026 , on Mustaine’s Tradecraft label in partnership with Frontiers Label Group’s new BLKIIBLK imprint.
