SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. — Sevierville police said a man was arrested after a brief chase Wednesday night in connection to a shots fired call in Pigeon Forge earlier in the day.
Sevierville police said Jessie Todd Herring, 32, is facing charges of resisting stop, frisk and halt, reckless endangerment, evading arrest, reckless driving, driving on a cancelled, suspended or revoked license, theft of a vehicle, two counts of attempted murder, two counts of assault, two counts of possession of a and three counts of simple possession.
Sevierville police said just after 7 p.m., officers located a vehicle, being driven by Herring, that may have been involved in a shots fired incident in Pigeon Forge. It's unclear if anyone was injured.
