Nineties rock band O.A.R. is bringing their Three Decades Tour to Macomb County next summer, promoters announced Thursday.
The multi-platinum rockers return to the Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre at Freedom Hill in Sterling Heights on Sept. 5.
To celebrate their milestone, O.A.R. is releasing a new single titled “Where We Are Right Now,” available today on all streaming platforms.
“When we started playing songs together in a basement in Rockville, Maryland in 1996 we had big dreams of being a real deal touring band,” frontman Marc Roberge said in a news release. “The fact we’ve gotten to live that life for the last 30 years is a testament to the power of our audience. This tour is our way of saying thank you — to every fan who made our dreams come true.”
Their last stop in Sterling Heig
