MIDLAND, MI — MyMichigan Health has announced a new financial benefit aimed at improving employee flexibility and reducing financial stress: the launch of an Earned Wage Access program.
The new program, available now, allows employees to access a portion of their earned pay before the traditional payday through Rain, a secure third-party vendor.
The benefit is designed to help staff manage everyday expenses or unexpected costs without waiting for the bi-weekly pay cycle.
