[IBERIA PARISH, La. (KLFY) -- Iberia Parish motorists who drive down Teche Lake Canal Road should plan for a detour next week.

The Iberia Parish President has announced the closure of Teche Lake Canal Road on Tuesday, Nov. 4.

Officials said the closure will begin at 8:30 a.m. until 3 p.m., the same day, to change a cross pipe in the roadway.

No traffic will be able to pass during this time.
