OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - First Alert 6 has learned an Omaha city employee is under arrest in an ongoing criminal investigation.

Omaha Police confirmed to First Alert 6 a search warrant was served Thursday morning, at the City of Omaha Finance Department .

Law enforcement confirmed Amy M. Hicks, 39, who works in the finance department, was arrested.

According to the criminal complaint, Hicks is accused of six felony counts, including possession of child porn, pandering, conspiracy to commit a felony - sex trafficking, visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct, keeping a place of prostitution, and evading income tax.

Hicks is expected to appear in court on Friday morning and is currently held at Douglas County Corrections.
