Motorists are being cautioned about a crucial driving law that could land them with severe penalties this November, particularly in relation to the transportation of fireworks.
As Bonfire Night approaches, many individuals enjoy celebrating by setting off fireworks, but drivers must be aware of the regulations surrounding their transport.
It is unlawful to carry more than 50kg of fireworks in a vehicle unless you possess a valid registration or licence.
Those who disregard this rule could face a £300 fine and six penalty points.
