Police have released an image of a suspect vehicle connected to a stabbing that occurred last week in Niagara Falls.
At about 1:30 p.m., on Oct. 22, Niagara Regional Police officers responded to the area of Niagara Square Drive and McLeod Road, where they found a man with a stab wound.
He was taken to an out-of-region hospital with what police said were believed to be critical but not life-threatening injuries.
Police said a female suspect and the man had engaged in a verbal argument, which culminated in the suspect stabbing the man in the back. Police said the suspect fled the scene southbound on Niagara Square Drive in a silver sedan.
On Thursday, police said detectives obtained video surveillance footage of the suspect vehicle, a Mini Cooper. Detectives are appealing to the public t
