The New England Patriots have been linked with a move for a former Dallas Cowboys running back who has multiple 1,000-yard hauls under his belt.
The Patriots have been one of the most surprising teams in the NFL, and perhaps would be No. 1 in that regard if not for the Daniel Jones renaissance story in Indianapolis.
Now, at 6-2 under new head coach Mike Vrabel, with Drake Maye having undergone an incredible evolution, the Pats are eager to return to the playoffs. They have already agreed to one trade ahead of next Tuesday’s deadline, but are still expected to make moves before the window closes.
According to reports, the team is looking to add a veteran pass rusher and has also been linked to a notable wide receiver, but may also have eyes set on a running back.
