Delhi and its surrounding NCR cities are reeling under a toxic haze as the air quality plunged into the ‘severe’ category on Thursday. The city is facing a triple challenge of falling temperatures, thick smog, and worsening pollution.
According to the Central Pollution Control Board, Anand Vihar recorded an AQI of 408 while Vivek Vihar touched 415. Despite cloud seeding operations this week, pollution levels in Delhi-NCR showed no improvement.
