LEE CO., Ill. (KWQC) - The Lee County Sheriff’s Office says two men are facing charges in two separate drug investigations.
After a narcotics investigation, deputies said 52-year-old Charles T. Lovell of Amboy was arrested on Oct. 23.
Lovell is charged with delivery of meth less than 100 grams, a Class X felony and delivery of meth less than five grams, a Class 2 felony.
Deputies said Lovell was released pending a future court appearance.
Lovell was previously charged on July 31 with possession of a stolen motor vehicle, a Class 2 felony, deputies said.
On Oct. 16 Lovell pleaded guilty to that charge and was placed on 12 month of conditional discharge.
Hobbs
After a narcotics investigation, deputies said 34-year-old Steven M. Hobbs of Amboy was arrested on Oct. 28.
