DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - A man was shot in a Davenport mobile home park Thursday afternoon.
Davenport police, fire and EMS crews went to the 3100 block of West 52nd Street for a report of possible gunshots around 3:30 p.m., an official with the Davenport Police Department told KWQC.
When they arrived, police found a man with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. The man was taken to a local hospital police said.
A KWQC crew said they saw Davenport Police, Iowa State Patrol and the Crime Scene Unit in area.
The crew said the road is closed off at West 52nd Street, no cars or people are able to get through.
The crew said police are going door to door. They tried to speak with a trooper, who couldn’t comment.
