MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. (KFVS) - A fugitive was arrested after trying to run from detectives during a traffic stop in Paducah, Kentucky.

In addition to having outstanding warrants, Justin Metcalf, 41, of Smithland, Ky., was charged in McCracken County with second-degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), resisting arrest, possession of methamphetamine - third offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jamie Metcalf, 37, also of Smithland, was charged with having an outstanding warrant out of Livingston County.

According to the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office, detectives arrested the Livingston County fugitive just before 2 p.m. on Thursday, October 30.
