NORFOLK, Va. — We're learning new information about a man arrested in connection with a domestic-related stabbing that left a woman dead on Monday.

25-year-old Keandre Debrough is facing charges in the death of 23-year-old Shakira Clark in Norfolk.

Around 7:55 a.m. on October 27th, dispatch received a call reporting a domestic incident at a home on Brambleton Avenue near Saint Pauls Boulevard.

There, Norfolk police found Clark suffering from life-threatening injuries. Officials pronounced Clark dead at the scene.

According to police and court filings, Debrough was arrested the next day by Norfolk's Fugitive Squad. He is charged with second-degree murder.

Records show he had several arrest warrants dating back to 2021 on charges including strangulation, abduction and robbery.
