WHAT: Presented by Northalsted Business Alliance, the 28th annual Haunted Halsted Halloween Parade in Chicago’s landmark LGBTQ Northalsted neighborhood, with registration open one hour before parade.
WHERE: Kickoff at Halsted & Belmont and travels to Halsted & Cornelia
WHEN: 6:30 p.m. registration; 7:30 p.m. parade kickoff; 8:30 p.m. awards show
