Change in funeral services set for Shreveport sisters who died following fire

SHREVEPORT, La. -- Funeral arrangements have been set for the two sisters who died as a result of a fire earlier this month.

The services are under the direction of Winnfield Funeral Home on Shreveport. Due to the outpouring of support from the community, the funeral has been moved to Lake Bethlehem Baptist Church.

Arrangements:

Open visitation: Friday from 1 to 5 p.m. at Winnfield Funeral Home

Family hour: Friday from 6 to 7 p.m. at Winnfield Funeral Home

Funeral service: Saturday at 1 p.m. at Lake Bethlehem Baptist Church

Danielle Spearman, 5, and Aaliyah Robinson, 9, spent a week in the hospital following the fire on Oct. 13. Spearman died on Oct. 18 and Robinson on Oct. 19.

Their 15-year-old cousin was arrested Friday on two counts of second-degree murder.
