Highway 41 between Shaw Ave. and Friant Rd. will be a target for homeless encampment cleanup per a new deal signed by the City of Fresno and Caltrans.
The Fresno City Council unanimously approved a $400,000 deal with Caltrans to clear out encampments, with the money set to be reimbursed to the city by the state.
