Demi Lovato is letting Poot out of the basement for Halloween!

The 33-year-old singer went viral 10 years ago when an edited version of a fan photo spread around social media, with Demi looking like a completely different person.

The overexposed photo was stretched out to make her head look wider and someone joked that the person pictured was Demi ‘s fictional twin sister Poot Lovato.

The viral post in October 2015 was captioned, “Demi’s twin sister. She was locked in a basement her whole life. This picture was taken the first time she went outside. Her name is Poot.”

Demi decided to dress up as Poot for Halloween ten years later.

“happy halloween and happy one week of intd!!! been so locked in this era thought i’d let pootvato out 🔒🤍,” Demi wrote on Instagram .
