Tributes have flowed for Cowaramup winemaker Sarah James-Martin, who was killed in a crash on Bussell Highway.
The major crash squad is seeking information from the public as it investigates the crash.
The 53-year-old Cowaramup woman died in the crash near Metricup about 3.45pm on Friday.
A truck, towing trailers, and two cars including Ms James-Martin’s Suburu Outback, collided near Harmans Mill Road.
She was airlifted to Royal Perth Hospital, but did not survive.
Ms James-Martin was the founder of Merritt Distilling which created the award-winning Oceanic Gin, and was a Craft Alliance South West WA representative and co-owner of Wines of Merritt.
