DES MOINES, Iowa —

Des Moines police are asking for the public’s help to find a missing 19-year-old considered endangered.

The teen, identified as Plue Reh, was reported missing just after 5 p.m. and was last seen around 2 p.m. near Samuelson Elementary School at 39th Street and Bel Aire Road in the Lower Beaver neighborhood.

Police said Reh is autistic and may have difficulty communicating. Family and law enforcement have searched but have not been able to locate Reh.

Reh is described as 5-foot-6 and about 185 pounds and was last known to be wearing a white hooded sweatshirt and yellow slippers.

Anyone who sees or believes they have seen Reh is asked to call 911.
