It looks like the cooler air that has been settling into our region is here to stay for a bit longer. We had a beautiful dose of sunshine to wrap up the work week, but we're heading into a stretch where temperatures will be running a little cooler than we typically expect this time of year, especially as we head into the weekend. It will be dry but chilly for the trick-or-treaters tomorrow night.
We're watching the coolest air of the season move in, and it's going to make for some chilly mornings and evenings. In fact, for those in the valleys across southeast Missouri, we could even see a little frost potentially forming on pumpkins overnight tonight.
