WEST FRANKFORT — By a school board vote of 5-2, the labor dispute between Frankfort school teachers and the district is finally over after five and a half months.

The Frankfort CUSD No. 168 school board held a special meeting on Thursday to ratify an agreement between the district and the American Federation of Teachers Local 817 representing teachers at West Frankfort schools.
