According to the Limestone County Sheriff's Office, a Limestone County jury composed of nine women and three men has found Jeffery Dewayne Madry, 37, of Athens, guilty of multiple drug and firearm-related offenses.
Madry was convicted of Trafficking Methamphetamine, Trafficking Cocaine, Certain Persons Prohibited from Carrying a Firearm, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Marijuana. Sentencing is scheduled for December 17, 2025.
The case was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorneys Jake Sauls and Jeffrey Roberts.
District Attorney Brian Jones issued the following statement:
