KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Pellissippi State Community College and Whataburger are partnering up for “WhataFood Drive.”

The food drive is a push to collect donations for the Pellissippi Pantry, which has been dispensing food, clothing and other basic necessities for free across all four of Pellissippi’s campuses since 2016.

Organizers say from now through Dec. 5, anyone who wants to donate can drop off canned goods and other nonperishable items at the Knoxville Whataburger, located at 1830 Cumberland Ave.

Those who donate items will receive a buy-one-get-one deal on Whataburger’s 16-ounce milkshakes.
