Ewan McGregor and Claire Danes are teaming up to star in The Spot , a new Hulu drama series from A24. The show was created by Ed Solomon.

The news of The Spot's casting comes shortly after Kate Winslet left the project. The star was supposed to be the female lead and act as an executive producer under Juggle Productions, but she reportedly backed out in June due to creative differences. A few weeks after Winslet's departure, Danes was approached to replace her, and she was officially cast after an intense round of negotiations.
