SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) - I know, the headline is a cheesy pun, but this Holloween will be one of the nicest in many years. The few sprinkles we had arround yesterday are a thing of the past today as we stay dry and winds subside. The moon will be nearly 3/4 full and the sky pretty clear, so illumination will be plentiful after sunset, as the moonrise is in the afternoon.

Todays high will be a few degrees cooler than yesterday. The sunnier skies will be caused by high pressure building in and wind speeds relaxing a bit. The slacker winds will lessen the transport of clouds from the Gulf to the west coast shoreline.
