FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Happy Halloween! There are more treats than tricks in the forecast today.
We’ll be partly cloudy with a mix of sun and clouds throughout the day with highs in the mid 50s. Winds will gust out of the west up to 25 mph. A few isolated showers will come off Lake Michigan during the morning and afternoon, but the coverage on rain looks to be minimal. The majority of isolated showers will be wrapped up by this evening, looking much better for trick-or-treating! Depending on how far north you live, especially north of SR 8, it may not be a bad idea for parents or guardians to keep a small umbrella in case a lingering shower is stubborn and holds on longer than expected. Kids will need jackets for this evening; wind chills will be down in the lower 40s while they’re out
