Cool fall weather has settled in for Halloween. Sunshine to start the day will give way to cloudy, chilly, and breezy conditions by trick-or-treating this evening, with some spotty showers possible overnight.

Clear, cold, and quiet this morning for most of the state. Temperatures are in the mid-30s, with wind chills in the 20s at times. The cold conditions likely means a bit of frost in spots again this morning. We'll start the day with sunshine and that will help to push high temperatures up to around 50 degrees.
