OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - We’re starting Halloween with chilly temperatures in the 30s and 40s but we should be able to warm a bit into the afternoon. Highs will make it into the lower 50s as the clouds increase.
Northwest wind will be just pesky enough to keep it chilly today though with gusts in the 20-30 mph range this afternoon. Those gusts likely persist into the evening for the trick or treating too.
That means 40s, cloud and wind as the kids go collect candy. Wind chills are likely to fall into the 30s for some.
A few sprinkles or even some flurries are possible overnight tonight into very early Saturday. Those mostly cloudy skies are likely to persist most of Saturday and are expected to keep us cooler. Highs in the 40s are what most of us will get.
It will be a chilly day and night
