CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio — On the Rise Artisan Breads, a Cleveland Heights bakery, has been recognized as one of the top 10 pastry makers in the world, according to a recent announcement on the bakery’s Instagram page.

The bakery, known for its artisanal breads and pastries, represented the United States in Mondial du Pain, a prestigious international baking competition in France.

In their post, the team described the experience as “nothing short of a dream” and thanked their supporters for helping them reach this milestone.

The Cleveland Heights bakery placed among the top 10 for viennoiserie and top 12 for classic and nutritional bread, resulting in a final standing of 13.
