Strictly Come Dancing star Karen Carney has revealed why she was left ‘so disappointed’ as Carlos Gu said he was ‘a bit emotional’.

The pair are currently competing together on the BBC dancing competition, which will see them taking part in the Halloween special on Saturday night (November 1).

Karen and Carlos will be taking on the Argentine Tango to Red Right Hand by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, a song famously used in Peaky Blinders.

Last week’s icons week saw them dancing the Rumba to Think Twice by Celine Dion, which the judges gave a score of 28 out of 40 points.

Moments after the routine, Karen issued an apology when she was told by presenter Claudia Winkleman that she did an ‘excellent job’.
