A disturbing incident has come to light from Delhi where a Swiggy customer alleged that they were “harassed and abused" by the delivery agent after there was some confusion over the payment. Despite paying for the food, a technical mix-up on the app marked the order as unpaid which led to a string of angry calls from the agent that left the customer shaken.

“I ordered food from Swiggy on COD, and a delivery person contacted me for it and delivered the order and took the money. The order was correct," the user wrote in a post on Reddit. The problem started soon after. Even after 10 minutes, the order was still not marked as delivered on the app.
