Sunshine will be the rule for Halloween day with chilly 40s early lifting to the mid 60s by mid afternoon. Winds will stay gusty from the west. Trick or treaters will enjoy clear upper 50s Friday evening with lightening winds.

Heading into the weekend, sunshine will persist through Saturday with clouds returning Sunday afternoon. Highs will remain in the 60s and lows in the 40s to a few upper 30s well inland. Raindrops are targeting a return Sunday night into Monday.
