The University of Alabama made a profit of $16,711,266 on athletics for fiscal year 2025, according to a recent report.
Total revenues for Alabama athletics were $246,969,978, and expenses were $230,258,712 for fiscal year 2025, which runs from Oct. 1, 2024, to Sept. 30, 2025, for the University of Alabama. The only two sports that generated a profit were men's basketball and football.
Men's basketball generated a profit of $9,792,476 with $24,784,212 in revenue and $14,991,736 in expenses.
Football had a profit of $64,064,681 with $142,608,201 in revenue and $78,543,520 in expenses.
Alabama reported a combined loss of $12,397,012 on all other sports besides football and basketball, with $26,263,233 in revenue and $38,660,245 in expenses.
