A house in Little Falls that sold for $1.5 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Passaic County in the past week.

In total, 70 residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past week, with an average price of $647,586. The average price per square foot was $323.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Oct. 20 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $850K, single-family home at 1135 Ringwood Ave.

The property at 1135 Ringwood Ave. in Pompton Lakes has new owners. The price was $850,000. The single-family residence was built in 1940 and has a living area of 4,436 square feet. The price per square foot was $192. The deal was finalized on Sep. 22.
