In a significant policy shift, Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced new regulations for Umrah visas, reducing the travel validity period from 90 days to 30 days. Under the updated system, pilgrims must enter the Kingdom within 30 days of the visa’s issuance, failing which the visa will be automatically cancelled.

Previously, travelers were allowed a three-month window to commence their journey. However, once inside Saudi Arabia, the permitted duration of stay remains unchanged at three months.
