Mumbai: Former Bollywood actress-turned-spiritual preacher Mamta Kulkarni has issued a clarification on her ‘Dawood Ibrahim did not carry out Mumbai blasts, not a terrorist’ statement, which stirred a major controversy with many criticising her for defending a gangster.
