Bhubaneswar: The process to include new beneficiaries under Subhadra Yojana, the women-centric welfare scheme, will commence from November 1, Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida informed on Friday. “Those who turned 21 by November 1 this year can apply online via the official Subhadra portal. Individuals who are 20 or turning 21 may submit preliminary applications, but they will only be enrolled under the scheme once they officially attain the age of 21,” said Parida, who also holds the Women and Child Development portfolio.
According to sources, the online application portal will be opened to all eligible applicants across the state, except in areas where the Model Code of Conduct is currently in force.
