Since taking over as head coach of the Hebron volleyball team ahead of the 2024 season, Rachel Buckley has set championship standards for the team by winning the District 5-6A championship outright in 2024 and claiming a share of the championship in a dramatic fashion this season by sweeping Flower Mound in the regular-season finale.

In two seasons at the helm, the team has dropped just one match in district play.
