KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — VFL Ben Martin came to the University of Tennessee as a high-level athlete, but by the time he left, he'd had two ruptured Achilles tendons and bone spurs.
"It definitely changed a lot about who I identified as," Martin said. "It made me more of a tactician for when I'm doing new things or different things, because I used to be able to go out and out-athlete anything; now, it's a lot more mental for me."
