Four athletes, including one posthumously, and one builder were added to the David S. Howes St. Catharines Sports Wall of Fame, as part of the 2025 induction class.

The five names added to the wall at Thursday’s ceremony on the Meridian Centre concourse bring the number of people honoured since the sports shrine was established in 1990 to 198.

Doug Fast, for basketball and fastball; Gema Kramer, softball; Melissa Murphy St. Onge, figure skating; were honoured for winning Canadian championships in their respective sports, as was the late Chris Leach for rowing.
