PHOENIX – Halloween might be a time for chills, but Phoenix-area trick-or-treaters won’t have to worry about scary weather on Friday.
The Halloween forecast calls for clear skies highs and in the middle to upper 80s, with temperatures dipping steadily as darkness descends on the Valley.
“If you’re out in the sun, especially in the evening, before the sun goes down, it will feel a little bit warmer than normal,” Matt Salerno of the National Weather Service in Phoenix told KTAR News 92.3 FM on Friday morning. “But once we get that nighttime, the temperatures will cool off pretty rapidly since we’re so dry out there.”
