MILTON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Law enforcement responded to a plane crash in Saratoga County on Friday. The aircraft crashed at a property in Milton near the Saratoga County Airport.

The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office (SCSO) said that the plane fell into the driveway of a home on Wyndham Way after hitting a tree, but did not strike the house. The SCSO confirmed that one of the plane's occupants was killed in the crash.

Officials stated that a passenger of the aircraft was ejected in the collision and was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. Stay with NEWS10 as updates become available.
