A man is accused of paralyzing an innocent woman in Massachusetts during a shooting in which he intended to hit someone else — within days of suggesting on social media that he was addicted "to killing."
Shawn Walker, 24, faces a slew of charges, including assault and battery with a dangerous weapon — causing serious bodily injury, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building, per the Boston Police Department .
