PORTLAND, Ore. — Multnomah County is expanding its Preschool for All program again, adding hundreds of new, tuition-free preschool seats for the 2025-26 school year.

Beginning Monday, Nov. 3, the county will open its midyear application period, giving families a chance to apply for more than 240 newly available seats. The openings include both new classrooms and continuity placements for children already attending a Preschool for All site. The additions bring the total number of Preschool for All seats to more than 3,800 this year.
