Two young girls were brutally raped and murdered on a beach after they went door-knocking in the days leading up to Halloween .

Paul Stephen Osborne, the man behind the heinous crime , was convicted of raping and murdering 10 year old Leanne Oliver and 9 year old Patricia Leedie in Warana, Australia, on October 29, 1995.

He was recently denied parole and will not be eligible for release for at least another eight years.
